Program Process
Phase 1
- Complete the Feedback Instrument and receive a detailed de-brief
- View the program videos on the PPI Network Website as a first step in increasing awareness and learning – Becoming a Business Partner.
- Identify and document personal learning objectives for the program and your personal application case that you will work on.
Phase 2
- Attend the three day workshop to develop your BP skill set and learn how to apply a tool kit of effective client management techniques.
- The "GOLDEN THREAD" - Running throughout the 3 day programme is a challenging case study. This enables participants to practise applying each part of the client management and consulting model.
Phase 3
- Execute own case with the support of two telephone coaching meetings in the following 3 months or on a different schedule if agreed with the PPI Network Coach
Program Dates
- Intake one – Phase 1 starts on 1 February 2010 leading to Phase 2 Three Day Workshop on 7 to 9 April, location Brussels, Belgium, and to completion of Phase 3 by end June 2010.
Program fee
The fee for completing all three phases is Euro 2,800. Should you only wish to attend Phase 2 without completing Phases 1 and 3 the fee is Euro 1,500.

- Attend the three day workshop to develop your HRBP skill set and learn how to apply a tool kit of effective client management techniques.
